for ZOLL employees.

PROJECT SCOPE: Art Direction & Branding, Print and Digital Promotional Materials
TOOLS I USED: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
OBJECTIVE: Our team was approached by the HR department to design and brand an internal recognition program that allows employees to recognize each other for accomplishments that align with our eight leadership qualities. I created the logo, which was carried throughout the  deliverables which included posters, table tents, pull-up banners, and digital components such as e-cards. To accompany the logo, I designed eight badges representing each ZOLL leadership quality. All of these pieces come together on the online portal, which was introduced to employees via e-blast. Positive Charge’s success is seen daily by the activity on “The Current” forum, where employees share wins and congratulate each other.
